At INJEX LMS, we strive to provide the best learning experience for all our students. We understand that, at times, circumstances may arise that require a student to cancel or request a refund for their course. To ensure fairness to both our students and INJEX LMS, we have outlined this Refund and Cancellation Policy that applies to all three types of programs offered:
Effective Date : 21.12.2024
By enrolling in any of the programs, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy
1. General Refund and Cancellation Guidelines
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the student requests the cancellation within the defined period from the course start date.
Cancellation Request: All refund requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Email] or through the platform’s support system.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date the request is received. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method, except in cases where alternative arrangements are requested and agreed upon.
2. Refund Policy Executive Programme
5. Refund Process
Initiating Refund: To initiate a refund request, the student must submit a written request via email or through the Platform. The request must include the reason for cancellation and any supporting documents (if applicable).
Refunds for Bank Transfers: For students who paid via bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the same bank account used for the original transaction. The student will need to provide account details upon request.
Refund in Cases of Fraud or Misuse: If the payment is found to be fraudulent or if the student violates the platform’s terms of use (such as sharing personal account access), any refund requests will be voided.
6. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Technical Issues: If the student experiences technical issues that prevent access to the course, INJEX LMS will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. If the issue persists, the student may be eligible for a partial refund in proportion to the course covered or course
deferral. Medical Emergency: If a student is unable to continue due to a medical emergency, INJEX LMS will consider providing a partial refund in proportion to the course covered or deferral to another term after submitting a formal request along with medical documentation
Course Discontinuation by INJEX LMS: In the unlikely event that INJEX LMS must discontinue a course or programme due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund for any paid course fees.
Course Swtich:. Students are given the option to switch to another course within the same programme or from a different programme, provided the request is made within 14 days of their initial course registration. The student may request a transfer to a different course if they feel the course they initially enrolled in is not a suitable fit for their learning needs. The course switch is subject to availability in the desired course and will be processed at no additional charge, provided the request is made within the specified 14-day period. After 14 days from
the date of enrollment, course switches will no longer be allowed, and the standard refund and cancellation policies will apply. Please note that the student may be required to meet any prerequisites for the new course they wish to switch to.
7. Non-Refundable expenses
Course Materials: If course materials (such as textbooks, kits, or digital resources) have already been shipped or accessed, the associated costs will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
8. Deferral Policy
Course Deferral: INJEX LMS understands that sometimes students may need to postpone their studies. Students may request to defer their enrollment to the next cohort or term, subject to availability. The deferral request must be made within the first 30 days of enrollment, and
deferrals are only allowed once per student.
Course Withdrawal: If a student withdraws after the initial refund period (as defined above), the student will not be eligible for a refund but can continue their studies with the deferral option.
