By accessing or using the INJEX LMS platform (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform.
Eligibility:
The Platform is available for students pursuing their undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and have the necessary legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2. Account Registration

• To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account through your institution. When registering for an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us.

3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use INJEX LMS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you will:

• Not misuse or disrupt the functionality of the Platform (e.g., transmitting viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or exploiting system vulnerabilities).
• Not engage in any activity that violates the intellectual property rights of INJEX LMS or other users.
• Not attempt to infringe or damage the security of the Platform or the integrity of user accounts.
• Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to promoting hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities.

4. Course Content and Materials
The courses, materials, and content available on INJEX LMS, including but not limited to text, videos, assignments, quizzes, and other educational resources (collectively, the “Content”), are the intellectual property of INJEX LMS or its content providers.
You may access and view the Content solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Content without prior written consent from INJEX LMS or the content owner.
5. Fees and Payments

• Some courses or features of the Platform may require payment. By purchasing or subscribing to a course or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, which may include course fees, subscription charges, or certification fees.
• Payments must be made through the approved payment methods on the Platform.
• Any applicable taxes or additional charges (such as processing fees) are your responsibility.
• Refund policies for paid courses are governed by the Refund Policy outlined on the Platform.

6. Refund and Cancellation

• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms provided in the Refund Policy of INJEX LMS. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension or Termination of Accounts
INJEX LMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or fail to comply with the policies
governing the use of the Platform.  We may also suspend or terminate accounts due to non-payment or at our discretion.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by INJEX LMS. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these
third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that INJEX LMS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of such third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform and all related services, Content, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. INJEX LMS makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy,
reliability, or availability of the Platform, and we disclaim all liability for errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.

• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free of bugs or viruses.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of our courses or services.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INJEX LMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or
goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or the Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to access the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If you have a dispute with INJEX LMS, please contact us first to attempt to resolve it amicably before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings.
13. Changes to the Terms of Use
INJEX LMS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform, and the updated Terms will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
